Celebrity Apprentice recap–Adieu, Marilu!

The following, sung to the tune of “Hello, Mary Lou”.  I write this with profound apologies to Ricky Nelson and his family.  It was just time to bring out the inner “Weird Al” Yankovic in me.

From losing Empresario

and Omarosa went the other way.

As you stood on that heli-pad

you said you’d give it all you had

it’s too bad you don’t know about Easy-Pay.

you’ve been swept.

Sweet Marilu The Donald fired you.

You’re through, Marilu,

your team’s inept.

you’ve been swept.

You were the project manager

and really liked that step-ladder

but Stephen Baldwin really liked it, too.

You won the toss and got your way.

This looked to be your lucky day,

Team Baldwin had some scrambling to do.

You thought a win was meant to be,

that you’d sell more on QVC,

but you were way too hyper on the set.

You talked too much on air, you know,

not like at Emrpesario

where Trace sold sweepers live without a net.

Now Hydra didn’t win the day,

‘Cause Carol missed on Easy-Pay.

The Donald thought they were a bunch of dolts.

Team Baldwin sold more than their share,

With Lennox in the director’s chair

As Trace’s sweeper picked up nuts and bolts.

It’s Hydra in the boardroom now,

but Carol’s safe (I don’t know how)!

It’s down to Lennox, Piers and Marilu.

The champ was sleepy, Piers did say,

but that’s not why they lost the day,

their project manager did not come through.
