As professional wrestler “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair so wisely says, to be the man, you’ve got to beat the man.  The man right now on The Celebrity Apprentice is Piers.  His business savvy, his focus, his competitive edge and his many wealthy contacts have left him as the man to beat.  Three of the four other competitors, however, could challenge him for top spot by beating him head-to-head as project manager.  If they want any chance of beating Piers for the first Celebrity Apprentice title, they’re going to have to.

1. Piers-It’s a shame.  Now that Omarosa is gone he has nobody to play with.  Maybe Stephen will take her place and provide some more quality TV for America.
2. Trace-One more win as project manager would make me feel better about his chances, but I think he’s still Piers’ main competition for the crown. 
3. Carol-A month ago I wouldn’t have believed it, but Carol is one project manager win away from having a shot at actually winning this thing. 
4. Lennox-I have a funny feeling he’s going to ride Piers’ coattails all the way to the final four, just like that Survivor contestant who doesn’t do much except pick the right alliance.  That Survivor contestant never seems to win, however.
5. Stephen-Stephen’s been a strong performer throughout the series, but his pathetic effort last week merits a one week banishment to the basement.  My advice to him is to take the project manager role.  If his team loses, he’s probably fired whether or not he’s the PM.  If he wins, and he has the talent to do so, he’s right back in contention again.
